Memo Tours Georgia is a small, independent tour company created by two people with a shared love for nature, culture, and genuine human connection.

We are Silje and Zura: a Norwegian travel guide and a Georgian local guide and driver who live together in the hills of Tianeti, just outside Tbilisi. Combining our backgrounds in guiding, journalism, filmmaking, and beekeeping (yes, we also make our own honey!), we aim to offer thoughtful and memorable travel experiences for curious and open-minded guests.

We don’t believe in rushing from one sight to the next. Instead, our tours focus on local stories, slow travel, and real encounters, whether that means sharing a homemade meal in a small village, standing still under the mountains of Kazbegi, or hearing the echoes of ancient history in cave towns and monasteries.

Zura is your driver and local guide, born and raised in Georgia, with deep knowledge of the places we visit and the roads we travel. Silje is an experienced tour leader and storyteller, fluent in Norwegian and English, who curates and organizes each journey with care.

We work only with small groups and private tours, so we can adapt to your interests, pace, and travel style. Whether you're coming for wild nature, wine and food, or to learn about Georgia’s unique past and present, we will help you experience it from the inside.
